Once you know what paddle you would like, you can place your paddle order by filling in the online order form.  On the form you will be prompted to select your paddle shape, blade size, length, sticker colour, name, and any extras such as a paddle cover or Hand locator.  If you want help with any of this information you can leave it blank and we will contact you to help you choose. ​​

What happens Next?

We will check over your order and then email you a Confirmation of Order form/ Invoice.

If you are happy to go ahead, payment will confirm your order and place your name on our production list.  Due to the nature of our business being just the two of us, occasionally we can take a few hours (or a day) to reply to your order. Whilst this is not ideal, please dont worry as it will not hold up the order in any way.

Production time frames

Paddles are handmade to order. The usual time frame is 3 weeks from time of confirmation of your order.

Freight and Shipping

We send our paddles in a large flat box with Auspost. Once your paddle has been sent, we will email you with tracking details.

Overseas orders

Overseas orders are sent with Auspost. To fit the dimension requirements for postage, a small part will need to be glued on arrival. We will forward you a Youtube video of this simple process. Please place your order via our online order form and not the shop and we will adjust the pricing to remove the GST.
